Headquartered in downtown Saratoga Springs NY, Merlin Development Co develops, owns and manages hospitality, residential, commercial and office properties in Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls, New York.   The majority of properties are renovation and rehabilitation of historic structures. 

Merlin has been primarily responsible for the acquisition of buildings, completing the permitting process, construction, leasing and managing of owned properties.  Merlin has an affiliated real estate company which specializes in commercial listing and has developed in excess of 1.0 Million sf of mixed use properties since 1970.
